This is the application page for the following programs.  Arkansas Rural Nursing Education Consortium (ARNEC). This includes:  UA Cossatot, UA Hope/TXK, UA Rich Mountain, and SouthArk Community College. The website for ARNEC is www.arnec.org.

This also includes all UA Cossatot Medical Education Programs: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day and Evening Programs, Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program, and Traditional Registered Nursing (TRN) Program.  For detailed information regarding each of these programs, please visit our UA Cossatot website at www.cccua.edu.

Upon applying for a program, you will be required to register for a Survey Monkey account. Please use the same Survey Monkey account for each application submission.  

Each application submission requires a non-refundable processing fee.  Please be sure you are making payment for the program application of your choice.
